DM, Prinz Eugen, Buffalo, Hipper, Baltimore, Hindenburg, etc. There are Tier VIII-X USN & German Cruisers with 27mm bows that can bounce up to 380mm AP. Just because you think you have a "Battleship in a Cruiser slot" doesn't mean your firepower isn't all that.
